@baldelectrician You'll receive a letter advising you of your rights to refer the matter to the Energy Ombudsman once your complaint has been open for 8 weeks. If we're unable to reach a resolution that you're happy with, your complaint handler can arrange for a deadlock letter to be sent.

@BritishGas I called last Friday to switch to EV Power tariff and was told it would be done within 24h – still not done.Called again Monday (no callback), again Wednesday (error + complaint raised). Yesterday got an email it’s being looked into.Still no tariff. Can you fix this?

@paulqueen177 They are a terrible company to deal with. They never admit blame even when clear. You are passed from complaints handler to complaints handler - who never pass on basic requests you give them such as -email replies only during office hrs. Hope you get sorted.
