Most of that system was @Tallbrighty's first project after joining the team, and he knocked it out of the park! The new messages on the pages themselves are the handiwork of @just_rashida and they look gorgeous. Can't wait to see what the future of live chat holds!

Still using Slack of course like the old days, but we've finally replaced the ORIGINAL system (by @JonRMcClure). It's now FULL JavaScript, leveraging Keystone.js
