Australians are losing trust in government. They know that the major parties make decisions in their own best interests rather than those of the people they represent. They want lobbying reform and for us to close the revolving door between government and industry. My Clean Up Politics Act would do that; it's sitting before Parliament now. We could pass the legislation this week. The only thing standing between greater transparency in government, and Australians, is the major political parties. abc.net.au/news/2026-03-2…

Australia's diversity is our strength. And I’m proud our team is as diverse as the communities we represent. Different backgrounds, different perspectives, all making us a better government. On the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, we’re committed to making sure every Australian feels safe and respected. No matter what language you speak, or what faith you practice.

@CollinRugg He reference “mild heckling” 😆 Is that not the most watered down version of events. How embarrassing. Ps this must be the ‘social cohesion’ and ‘diversity is our strength’ they talk about…working wonders

NEW: Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese gets chased out of a mosque after attending their morning prayer, called a "putrid dog," according to the Independent. In response to the incident, Albanese claims he was well-received despite overwhelming video evidence. "I've seen some of those reports and they're just simply not accurate... Overwhelmingly, the reception was incredibly positive," he claimed.

❗️BREAKING ❗️Today I've been going to prepoll asking politicians about their position on abortion. Things escalated quickly when Labor MP Nat Cook didn't even let me get my question out and started yelling, "Call the police" and "I'm being harassed". As an elected representative asking for our vote and being paid over $200k by the taxpayer, Nat Cook should be able to answer a question about her position against two recent bills seeking to ban late term abortion. Minutes after she shouted for the police, a police car with two police officers arrived at the scene and I was told they would arrest me unless I left. How absolutely appalling that Labor can abuse their powers and get the police to do their dirty work when they don't want to answer a tough question. My 15 year old daughter Laura had a pupil free day and so she came along to film me. She couldn't believe what happened. I think she learned more in this one day about the police state we live in, than she could in the classroom. Make no mistake: Labor is authoritarian and anti-free speech. They support full term abortion and refuse to answer any question about why. Put Labor & the Greens last and put One Nation first. That's what I'll be doing because someone needs to take it to these Labor dictators. Full video (including the interactions with the police) will drop on YouTube tomorrow. @Sarah_Haar_ Because I associate motherhood with an instinctive desire to nurture nd protect the most vulnerable. The propaganda surrounding abortion as ‘healthcare’, divorced from the reality of what it is, absolutely abhorrent

@Bron_Wild Why would being a mother make me less supportive of abortion under our healthcare system?

Being pro-abortion is a good thing, actually. Abortion is healthcare. Abortion is a reproductive & human right. Joanna Howe’s behaviour here is nothing but egocentric, recreational fake outrage that harms women.

Despite PM Anthony Albanese: : Giving millions in taxpayer-funded grants to mosques : Sending millions in aid to the Middle East / Gaza : Recognising Palestine, to the praise of Hamas : Allowing unvetted asylum seekers from Hamas-controlled Gaza into Australia : Secretly trying to bring back ISIS bride terrorists : Allowing terror supporters to mourn designated terrorist Khomeini in mosques : Blaming the far right for the Bondi Islamic terrorist attack : Attending Ramadan festivals during street prayer takeovers : Ignoring requests for assistance from the US / Donald Trump Despite all this & more, they still tried to lynch Albanese at the mosque while screaming Allahu Akbar and calling him a dog. There is a lesson in that somewhere about radical islam but sadly it won't be learnt.

I’m not talking about “getting less” someone who worked, paid taxes, and now receives the aged pension and someone who refuses to work while living off the system are two very different things. And no I don’t think there will be an aged pension by the time I retire, I don’t reckon it’ll be sustainable.

@Deb54352200 @Neety55 @Ausbobsmit You missed the point ‘you fucking idiot’ Spending welfare $$ in a shop is hardly the same as a taxpayer contributing from their own earnings. One involves public money being used….after redistribution, the other involves someone directly giving up part of their income.

Tomorrow the PM is meeting state and territory leaders about the fuel crisis. They should discuss making public transport free for as long as the crisis goes on for. And as the federal government is backing the war, they should pick up the tab.

@Bron_Wild @Neety55 @Ausbobsmit That would be tough to police, and when a PM electorate vote happens every 3 years at any point in time during those three years a person on centrelink could have moved into work and vice versa.
