@TheKickJoker @iiSpongeAlot Sounds like a stream team I was once a member of, except this team had over 200 streamers at the time and was solely focused on just 2 of them. Team socials never even promoted anyone but the 2 of them. I split.

Remember when RegimentGG was supposed to be the biggest thing to Kick? Remember when they were supposed to hold all the biggest COD tournaments? Remember when they were looked upon as "thE FiRsT CoD TouRnAmEnt" but @iiSpongeAlot and I did one before them and were way more successful? Yeah... the gas seems to have run out.

@Grem_Len @curlybdancer I am a self perclaimed intervert, lol I shine in the online world, but prefer to be by myself irl. Lol Streaming has allowed me to meet wonderful people like @Grem_Len that I wouldn't have had the curage to speak to.

This seems like an area where extroverts really shine in the streaming space. I’m often silently supporting because of work, my family, or introversion. It’s amazing to see those that can maintain rapport with many communities while juggling life. Ive seen streamers experience amazing growth with little to no other social media presence just by building rapport and genuine friendships.

As a streamer, I’ve noticed a lot of people throw the work “networking” around a lot. NGL I hate that word. Networking doesn’t mean running around asking for shoutouts. The goal to interact with other streamers should be to get to know them and build a Rapport. This takes time! But it’s worth it and I’ve built amazing relationships on this platform with that mentality
