Entering the second round of the NBA playoffs, I've started adding a few plays across the four series with three that jumped out most being the following: 1. Joel Embiid to record 5+ assists in each game of the NYK-PHI series (+900) 2. Anthony Edwards to lead MIN-SAS series in total made threes (+470) 3. Stephon Castle to lead MIN-SAS series in total made threes (+4000) Embiid is the most appealing out of the bunch, after recording 6+ assists in all four of the games that he played against the Celtics. Capable of making the great pass to cutters outside of the obvious pressure release from a post up, the offense once again centering on him and Tyrese Maxey should have him with plenty of chances to cross over a very manageable game to game mark which he's done twice already in his only matchups against the Knicks in '26 (26/10/5 on 01/05/26, 38/11/5 on 01/22/26). Edwards is the ultimate wildcard because we neither know when he'll be back, or how long the series can possibly go should he miss a game or two. That said, assuming we don't have Edwards for game one should the questionable tag be unrealistic considering he just returned to basketball activities from the knee hyperextension, what needs to be considered is the type of volume he'd need to overcome from others should he lose a game in the series: Devin Vassell: 5.6 3PA De'Aaron Fox: 5.4 3PA Stephon Castle: 5.4 3PA Julian Champagnie: 4.2 3PA Victor Wembanyama: 3.3 3PA Ayo Donsumu: 4.4 3PA Should Ant force his way into the lineup in games one or two, logic would say that a superstar hovering around 40% 3PT% on 9.5 3PA over the past two seasons would likely lean into distance shooting to preserve his body in a series that already features an all-time rim protecting presence in Wembanyama down low which should have him competitive in this market even with missed time. On the chance that we don't have that and/or the series is a short one, Castle immediately jumps out as an extreme long shot after finishing only behind Devin Vassell in 3PA and only behind Julian Champagnie in 3PM. While he isn't known as a shooter quite yet (33.2% 3P% on 3.6 3PA in '25-26), Castle after a bad start in that department has shot 41.7% on 3.5 3PA in 24 games since the all-star break. Furthermore, Mitch Johnson has let him play thus far in the playoffs as he's third in MPG on the Spurs (32.8) which should only continue as he'll be leaned on as a primary defender on Edwards in the series. Simply put, not only is the role within the offense now there for an outlier game, but his second half of the season combined with that makes him arguably the most appealing candidate in any scenario where Ant simply doesn't run away with this one. #gamblingtwitter #gambitgemfutures

Good Evening! Here is a early look at Fridays slate!! We have 32.4 Homeruns that are projected! Most of the games tomorrow starts a new series besides Bluejays vs Twins. They started their series tonight! Run back your day lates from that game tomorrow! Maybe some guys will go back to back! 👀 A few games have cool weather, wind blowing in. Others are almost perfect weather. A lot of games wind is blowing out. Tomorrow starts a new month! You’re going to see some of these players maybe cool down, stay hot, also some of the batters whose been Ice cold will start heating up! With tomorrow being a new month, that means new opportunities for everyone to cash a parlay/ more straights this month! I pray for everyone to have a profitable month of May! Shoutout to @BallparkPal for the Early Homerun Projections and Park Factors!

Jack Della Maddalena vs Carlos Prates thoughts and prediction 👇 Great matchup in Australia and a tough one to predict. The JDM fight I looked most into for this was the Kevin Holland one, where he managed to get a lot of work off but was halted a little bit by the range. Hollands teeps and lead hand managing the distance made that a tough one for JDM. One thing JDM did in that fight that he can’t really afford to do against Prates is allow Kevin to get his back off the fence when he applied pressure, he’d land a good combo, Kevin would cover up, circle and get back to range. The one strength of JDM that Prates hasn’t really seen before is his guard in the stand up, his hands are always in the right place, making it really hard to land clean on him because everything is hitting the gloves. Jack invests in the body from the get go which is always important as a striker, that’s key in this fight if you’re trying to slow down a guy like Prates. Jack should be looking to enter the pocket as much as he can and he needs to get on it early, back him up, hooks low and high, cut the cage off and really start to work on Carlos. I fear if he tries to be too patient and gets comfortable at range he’s just setting himself up to get caught by something. We saw Neal have a little bit of success against Prates when he backed him up to the fence. Jack NEEDS the momentum on his side early by landing hard, and if a finish doesn’t come from it that could set him up for the rest of the fight. Prates is coming off a great KO win against Leon Edwards (😔). Carlos is huge and his frame and reach will be nothing like JDM has faced before. JDM likes to switch to southpaw sometimes, and Carlos has strong low kicks that he throws against both stances. He also throws things that could disrupt JDMs rythmn like his spinning wheel kick, his step in elbows, spinning elbows. As much as I think JDM could rule the pocket exchanges, Prates is no slouch there, he can land with his hands and the knees come up fast and powerful, Jack needs to be very careful of those on the exit. Prates needs to be in and out quick here because of JDMs hand speed. On occasions he doesn’t move back quick enough on the exit, no one’s made him pay for it yet but Jack is someone that can. Ian Garry was able to trouble Prates because of how he mixed it up. High kicks, body kicks, and most importantly the takedown threat. Prates won’t be worrying about much other than the hands against JDM. I think there’ll be a lot of momentum swings in this fight, lots of hard shots landed on two good chins. Don’t see too many cardio issues, as much as Prates is a chain smoker, his best rounds against Garry were 4 and 5. Ultimately, I think Prates range, mixed in with his ability to knock you out with almost anything, from anywhere may give us a more patient JDM. I think Jack is smart enough to avoid a KO blow, but the more damaging shots will be landed by Carlos at range, and his low kicks may begin to affect JDMs movement. Carlos Prates via decision
