@CardsDerby @mrmarioc2 @imperiumcard No but it was picked up from the post office. Also, I don’t think usps weighs every package on drop off if it is a standard label that was printed prior. We are calling the post master to try to investigate

Update: here’s the USPS internal detailed tracking document that has the package at 5 ounces. Here’s the proof I shipped the card for anyone wondering

@ejbailey54 @imperiumcard No. I’m going to try to get the weight if they scanned it on arrival but the package looked exactly the same as the image he sent me and didn’t seem tampered with. The weight he claims on delivery was 5 ounces. Trying to get the arrival weight, which I will do tomorrow.

@BrotherBKW @imperiumcard I get your anger, but the guy has been around a long time why would he scam you out of the blue. He’s as screwed as you are, the insurance situation will be a pain for him too. Months of being out the cash. I hope it works out for both of you. 👍

@mrmarioc2 @imperiumcard He has proof of having shipped something that is five ounces. No proof of having shipped the card brother. No proof of weight on delivery. No proof of having the card in the first place.

@BrotherBKW @imperiumcard I have no dog in the fight, but he’s provided proof of having shipped the card and the weight, maybe apologize to the guy and point the finger at someone else. I get you’re mad, but your energy is being spent on the wrong person.

@imperiumcard Possible to get it? Would be proof of tampering at the post office if the delivery weight is less than the initial weight obviously

@Rock1981M Yes but if it’s the same package should be able to tell if it’s been tampered with.

@BrotherBKW Very easy to take a video of yourself opening a package that you already opened before you made the video! In my mind a video means fuck all, unless you recorded from the time it left your mailbox 🤷🏼‍♂️

@imperiumcard Thank you. The “proof” of you buying the card was a conversation so I wouldn’t call it proof. That said, I hope the post office vindicates this situation.

@BrotherBKW Gonna only say one thing about this. I’ve sent proof of purchasing the card, told him I’m going the the PO today to get proof. Since it was a very big purchase, I told him I want to wait for the authorities to investigate before refunding so I’m not out of money and a card

@mbmiller25 We will see - if the post office weights are off, then it’s on the post office. I hope he can show proof of sending or there being a weight difference upon drop off and pick up or proof of having the card

@baseball4216 @imperiumcard Kk hope you’re right. I have yet to see any proof otherwise. Would love proof the item was sent at the specified weight and the arrival weight was less.

I have video of me opening the package, nothing inside. No proof of sending on his end. The vouching for him makes me feel better but ultimately will see if he makes it right

No proof of sending, no effort to reimburse, no proof of having the card to begin with. I hope he makes it right and proves me wrong.
