Paul is laying out a clear parallel in Romans 5. If the parallel isn’t in representation then it has to have a basis in something else. - Is that basis in sin? Christ didn’t sin. - Is that basis in faith? No one is in Adam because of faith. So what exactly is the basis of the parallel you’re drawing? The text itself tells us, Adam’s one trespass brought condemnation to all in him by birth. Christ’s one righteous act brings justification and life to all in him by faith. The union is different (birth vs. faith), but the representative principle is the same. That’s why there is no neutral ground. Everyone is in one head or the other.

Calvinists believe that God created some humans with no ability to ever accept Jesus, which means he created them to burn in hell for eternity. It’s an evil doctrine that turns our God into a psychopath.

They should face the exact same penalty. Put them in the worst possible prison and spread the word about their crime.

Your graphic creates a false symmetry that Romans 5 itself rejects. Nowhere does the text say or imply that condemnation is “incurred through personal willful sin”, that idea is being imported into the text. In fact, Paul emphasizes the opposite. Paul says: “Therefore, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.” (Romans 5:18) Paul is certainly not talking about universalism with his use of “all” in this verse. Condemnation comes through Adam’s one sin to all who are in him (by birth). Justification comes through all who are in Christ (by faith). Everyone is in one or the other. There is no neutral ground. The parallel is in representation (federal headship), not in the mechanism of how we enter each head. We are born in Adam and thus condemned by his trespass (verses 12-19). We are joined to Christ by faith and thus justified by His righteousness. In verse 14 Paul even emphasizes that death reigned from Adam to Moses even over those whose sinning was not like the transgression of Adam (think infants and others who never personally violated a clear command like Adam did). This shows that condemnation and death come through Adam’s one trespass, not merely through our own personal willful sins. If condemnation only came through our own sins, then the tight parallel Paul builds throughout Romans 5 collapses. The whole point is that Adam’s single act brought universal condemnation, just as Christ’s single act brings justification to those who are in Him.

Of course there are conditions for being justified in Christ, just as there are for being in Adam. Being in Christ is by faith alone. Being in Adam is by birth alone. Paul doesn't leave any neutral ground, every single person is in one federal head or the other (Romans 5:12-19; 1 Corinthians 15:22). The parallel isn't that both require any personal action, but rather the parallel is in representation. Adam's one act brought condemnation and death to all who are born in him. Christ's one act brings justification and life to all who are joined to Him by faith. Paul presents us as condemned before we are ever sinners by choice. We don't inherit guilt merely because we later sin, we later sin because of our nature inherited due to the fall of Adam. That's why we need to be born again into Christ.
