Personally I think the TOR is overkill & a quiet word in his shell like would have been all it needs, there is nowt wrong with a bit of knee down action if you have control of the bike.

I turned around hoping I wouldn't have to put it out of it's misery, but the wheel had done that already

If passer rating was a credible stat, the current top 20 QBs of all time list would feature Watson and Garoppolo as better than Steve, Brady, Manning, etc.
It’s a result-dependent stat that punishes or rewards QBs for variables out of their control. Who cares if a QB has a 104 passer rating or a 92.4?

@timreay @HantsPolRoads He can hit any number of things in the road and he's coming off, guaranteed. Gravel, fuel, oil, wet leaves, a manhole cover, etc and not all of them are clearly visible.
My bike has collapsed under me at a slow speed, riding straight forward braking on a piece of pumpkin lol
