Caught our manufacturer trying to underdose the formula, refused the batch, and switched suppliers. We’re as frustrated as our customers, but shipping something that didn’t match what we promised wasn’t an option. Since then: refunded every customer who asked within 3–5 days, hired more dedicated CS reps, cleared the email backlog to 0, and posted public production updates with new ship dates. Shopify paused our payouts. We get it. But we need those funds to finish paying the new manufacturer and actually fulfill and ship the orders we owe customers to put this behind us.
