@BayerRuss23 I would let them call pitches in the fall and have a dialog on why they are calling certain pitches in certain situations. Get them ready for spring so they can call their game. Also, I would have them look over at me in big situations if I wanted something to be thrown.

Been a HS coach for 23 yrs, played D1 baseball+a minor league career. I will never comprehend a collegiate pitching coach who recruited+signed a player, calling pitches for them. I DO NOT call pitches. I am not behind the dish, Im not w/ the ump- I dont see what works that night

@ChaseDaniel It is greyhawk, TPC stadium (do not play champions), troon north or boulders, maybe mix in a resort course like kierland or JW desert ridge has 2 courses that are nice.

@ShortGameCC @TourSwingsTommy To bounce off this....have you seen a 25 handicap play golf? That's a long road to become a 10. 5 handicap (myself) getting to scratch is more realistic to happen.

@TourSwingsTommy I think most people are answering the wrong question here. Harder to do is 5 to scratch. But the bigger skill gap is definitely 25 to 10. A 5 has all the skills to be scratch but needs to do them more consistently. A 25 does not have the skills to be a 10.

@GrantHorvatGolf I didnt even carry a 6 iron for the longest time because I would I just hit my 7 from 170-200 yards. It is the last club people trust as a scoring club. I would say pitching wedge is a close 2nd.
Half the people hate hitting driver and half dont even carry a 60 degree.

Wesley Bryan and I got into a heated argument about what the majority of people’s favorite club is.
I will stand firm and say it’s a 7 iron. There’s something about that club that’s very different than an 8 and 6.
Wesley said a driver or 60 degree is the majority favorite.

@tyiertyier This swing only works for lefties. But short and compact. Body moves forward a ton but hands stay back. This is going to sound crazy but it is a hybrid of Ichiro and Griffey.
