@AskCapitalOne we were told very clearly on the phone that we cannot use our paper check, debit card and nor can we come in to a branch today to get our funds due the "outage." @FTC surely this is not legal @CFPB how can we report this and what help can we receive?

Update, we have been informed by @capitalone verbally this morning that we cannot use checks, our debit card and nor can we receive money via the branch. Their outage = our funds "frozen" (their word). @askcapitalone you cannot legally hold our money hostage.
