The @CapitalOne credit card dispute resolution is a "Hot Mess". I have heard all excuses and promises and misleading credits. NO ONE knows what their doing at @capitalone.com Good grief!!! Time to jump after aprox 25 years! #frustrated

These weren’t “sold out” seats—they were never bookable. Classic phantom awards. Customers are making irreversible transfers based on availability that isn’t real. That’s a serious problem. #FlyingBlue

That letter never arrived. I’ve been checking my mail religiously and have a USPS account to check the history. I have called multiple time and no one is willing to offer any help. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a banking institution. I’m literally on hold right now waiting.
