Already having a great time at @TheOverlookFest. Lots of friendly folks all around and opening night film @DropTheMovie was a fleet and clever banger. Best part: The festival’s opening sizzle displays the sponsors over a soundtrack of people screaming bloody murder. Funny!

This @McDonalds just opened by my house! What a cold depressing place. No visible workers, order from a kiosk and there is no place to self-serv ketchup or napkins you have to yell at someone in the back to get some. Not a family friendly place.

I know from my own losses and in reading your comments on X/Twitter how distraught many of you are with falling share prices. In looking at the likely 2026 industry-wide Box Office, we still expect it to grow materially over 2025 and if so that inexorably would significantly increase AMC’s EBITDA. However, the external macro backdrop around us is terrible. War in the Middle East, world oil prices soaring above $100 per barrel and other concerns have knocked the Dow Jones average to its lowest point in five months and the S&P 500 to its lowest point in four months. As for AMC, I am optimistic about our power to increase our earnings this year over last year. As for the state of the world, we will all read the news together. Naturally, we all can wish for the best on global developments.

The war just started, AMC’s share price has been on a precipitous downfall for over 3 years. Let’s not blame the Middle East, let’s place blame where it actually falls—with the vultures the company transacts with for the ATM offerings.
Regardless, I appreciate you acknowledging the share price even half truthfully and I do, truthfully, wish you continued success in your recovery and hope that you continue to have strength to see us to victory.
