I’m a former infantryman, so I know how to keep it simple for dudes: Eat well. Train hard. Sleep well. Eat well = high protein, whole foods, supplements/meds if needed. Train hard speaks for itself. Lift heavy things. Just move. Sleep well means treating OSA, addressing BH, controlling pain, limiting alcohol, and taking care of yourself. That alone would solve a huge chunk of men’s health problems and downstream disease.

It’s something you put into for retirement, which is later in life, was not intended as an “oh shit, I need a safety net”. You aren’t supposed to be able to access it until you’ve earned it.
