@JonFraserTF the jeets seem to have this entitlement that a TFW or study permit to a fast track to citizenship.

Apparently they don't understand the meaning of the word temporary or that the Canadian government didn't promise them anything. Meanwhile, I had a conversation with the bartender at my local pub yesterday. She's a lovely young British woman who's been working there for the past 2 years as a TFW. She recently announced that she's leaving in 2 weeks because here work permit is expiring. I asked her if she could try to extend it or just stay on anyway. Her reply was that she understood that her permit was temporary and that maybe she would apply for residency after she returned home to England, but would never overstay. That is how the program is supposed to work folks. That's actually how my French wife came to Canada 31 years ago. We need to restore order to our very broken system. junonews.com/p/they-promise…

International students, protesting because they graduated and their visa was for school, not a life in Canada. Time to pack it up and return home. Applications for immigration are found on the Canadian website.
