@BuddNigel @davidwt1997 The other lino had the best view in the stadium of the keeper’s handball and did nothing. Perhaps accept that you got away with one on Tuesday.

@davidwt1997 I am assuming that he did touch it because the Lino was directly in front of him and had the best view of anyone in the stadium. If he did get that wrong then you’re right, it wasn’t offside.

Baring in mind that the player being wrestled didn’t touch the ball, meaning the ‘offside’ offence should be looked at from the long ball (albeit can’t be seen on the clip) then I would suggest it probably isn’t, given that when the players first enter the frame, Beesley is level with the last man. As for the penalty, 6 of one, half a dozen of the other, but plenty of those given.
