Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was identified as having been present at one of those churches. 1986 (Nov.) – Allegations emerged regarding sexual abuse being perpetrated at the US Army’s Presidio Child Development Center in San Francisco. Within a year, at least 60 victims were identified, all between the ages of three and seven. 1987 (Aug. 14) – As part of the Presidio investigation, a search warrant was served on the residence of Lt. Col. Michael Aquino and his wife Lilith and numerous videotapes, photographs, photo albums, photographic negatives, cassette tapes, and address books were confiscated. Also observed during the search was what appeared to be a soundproof room that may have been used as a torture chamber. 1987 (Nov.) – The US Army received allegations of child abuse at fifteen of its daycare centers and several elementary schools. There were also at least two other cases at Air Force day care centers, and another one at a center run by the US Navy. 1988 (Nov. 4) – The FBI raided the Franklin Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska, run by a man named Lawrence King. They uncovered evidence relating to drug running, pedophilia, pornography, and satanic activity involving prominent individuals in the local community and beyond. 80 children eventually came forward and identified many of those involved, including the chief of police (who impregnated one of the victims), a local newspaper publisher, a former vice squad officer, a judge, and others. The children described satanic ceremonies involving human and animal sacrifice. 1989 (May) – Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was again questioned in connection with child abuse investigations. Five children in three cities were making accusations. The children had seen Aquino in the paper and tv coverage of the Presidio case and immediately recognized him as one of their abusers. The children were from Ukiah, Santa Rosa, and Fort Bragg. 1990 (Aug. 31) – Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was processed out of the Army after being investigated for satanic ritual child abuse in the Presidio case. During the hearing, Noreen Gosch, whose twelve-year-old son Johnny had been abducted in 1982, provided the court with sworn testimony linking US Army Lt. Col. Michael Aquino to the nationwide pedophile ring. After Aquino got away with sexually abusing tons of children, and the government cleared him, he was found with a single gun shot wound to the head. CA Democrats blocked a bill to make sex trafficking minors a felony again. CA legislature passed a bill reducing penalties for oral & an*l sex with willing children. CA is the primary location that they are trying to make sexually abusing children legal. The writing is on the wall, and they MUST be stopped at all costs.

ABNC has produced various technologies & products over the years that intelligence agencies use to secure their documents, data & communications. It also prints foreign currencies, which would provide a pretty useful birdseye-perch if you're the CIA and want to understand the financial state and operations of a foreign country. Read between the lines. Come with me on a thought experiment: ABNC's secure printing services (which Carl oversaw as VP of Manufacturing) provided things like bearer bonds, passports, and other secure documents & financial instruments—including foreign currencies—in the 1970s & 80s. Such services would be quite useful if intel agencies wanted do something like, say....set up an international arms trafficking operation that would LOOK legitimate to outside observers, watchdogs & regulators: legitimate documents, money, operators, bank accounts, etc. Kind of like the operations set up by Jeffrey Epstein & Adnan Khashoggi in the 1970s/80s.
