So proud of our brothers and sisters with the @PGHGuild. It tells you something about the ownership of the @PittsburghPG that courts at every level have ruled against them repeatedly, but they keep feeding their lawyers instead of their employees and their community.

TODAY: The @PittsburghPG lost again. This time as the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court rejected a request to rehear the case in which it ordered the PG to pay workers back for the costs it illegally passed onto us, & restore the contract. Even w/ the closure, the owners are on the hook.
