🚀 It’s finally live. After 4 months, 3 redesigns and even switching from React Native to Swift… @vantafocus is here. An NFC-powered app blocker to help you actually stay off your phone. I had doubts, I restarted but I finally shipped. 👇🏻

I was a little bit frustrated because in complete march there was no @vantafocus sale, but today another sale came in. Finally 🚀 New update will follow soon - stay tuned.

I thought that building a chrome extension for my app blocker (to block websites during focus session) would be the killer feature. After checking the usage after so time it looks like i am the only one actually using it fml. Maybe a marketing issue - what di you think?

Had to set up @Cloudflare for the first time because someone kept DDoSing me. For all @vantafocus users: backend should be stable again in a few minutes.

Currently working on LiveActivities for @vantafocus. It was on my feature list since day one but now it’s finally coming. Already testing it:

Two days ago I got a RevenueCat notification: “new yearly subscriber.” I was so happy I even showed my wife: > “Look, I’m actually making money!” 🎉 But then the panic kicked in: >“Why would you go yearly when the lifetime deal is the same price?” >“Please don’t cancel… please don’t cancel…” Today: “User was refunded.” 😭

Got my Apple payout today: 6,76 €. So 🤏 close to going full-time. 😅

Just created my first feedback survey. Now I have to warm up my email account. What I did so far: > setup SPF > enable DKIM > add DMARC > added proper email signature > send out a handful of test emails to family and friends Anything I missed?

Day 1. ✅ Ok let’s try this marketing thing again. For my App @HeadUpApp I had a streak of posting content daily for 3 weeks, but then life happened. Now I want to create a more consistent and sustainable streak for @vantafocus. Let’s see how far we can get this thing.

@TimoBuilds_ Could be better 😅 I try to be more active here and get finally a proper marketing plan but still always fall into the build trap.

November 2025 recap: Best month this year. Probably the last two. +553 followers 1st sale ever at $33.52 1st Product Hunt launch 1st month as a teamlead 6 total sales (lifetime) $184.88 revenue Started a marketing in public community Grew it to 101 members A lot of firsts. A lot of wins.

Just renewed my Apple developer license. Next year’s goal: earn at least $99 with my apps so it pays for itself 😅 Let’s see how long it takes.
