If @SecMullinDHS isn’t up for the job then he should do the honorable thing and resign. I’m one of the American majority (and a Latino) that elected Trump to get mass deportations. If Mullin won’t deliver because a man got shot for trying to run over an agent, then he needs to go. You will have no law and order if you allow the shockingly improbable to rule your day to day policy. It quickly becomes tyranny of the minority. The company from India known as “IBM” had a huge negative day after issuing a Q2 warning on earnings. The CEO from India has been firing all of the Americans as quickly as he can and shifted jobs to his family and friends in India. 140,000+ jobs now in India, compared to about 40,000 remaining in the USA. It’s no surprise that the company is failing dramatically.

Tom Homan says it’s a temporary pause. He also says that it won’t slow down detentions. He then says, “You can arrest him before or after he leaves the vehicle.” Sorry that statement makes no sense. As you’ve seen from all of the videos I post, the vast majority are taking them from their vehicle. The time window of arresting them before or after is too short to be effective. It will affect numbers. Wait and see.

🚨This is exactly how ICE agents create the very situations they later use to justify murdering citizens. In the video, they box in the vehicle of a U.S. citizen. They approach with guns already drawn, and try to open her car door… while repeatedly ordering her to unlock it, and ignoring anything she says. And notice how they don’t identify themselves. They don’t explain why she’s being detained. They don’t tell her what crime they suspect her of committing. To the person inside the car, it’s just a group of masked, armed men surrounding her vehicle and trying to force their way in. That’s how panic starts. And when people panic, move their car, or try to get away from what they reasonably perceive as a violent threat, ICE agents open fire, and later claim the vehicle was “used as a weapon.” Law enforcement cannot detain people without legal justification. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, and officers are expected to clearly communicate their authority, and the basis for their actions. They are supposed to de-escalate situations. Instead, they use tactics to create fear and confusion… making it more likely someone will panic, and easier for agents to claim deadly force was necessary, while they violate the person’s constitutional rights. When these tactics become standard practice, accountability becomes nonexistent.

Another illegal alien is dead after fleeing ICE and HSI agents in St. Augustine. He was hit by a truck while trying to escape. This is the third death involving ICE in just one week. They keep on doing this to themselves rather than self-deporting.

Let's not lose our grip on the facts - instead of recriminations and accusations - just the facts. 1) Congressman @RoKhanna was offered to coordinate his visit with the State of Israel - this goes beyond notifying of his presence in the country. He was offered in-depth coordination of his schedule to avoid misunderstandings, and he chose to ignore that offer. He also chose not to coordinate his visit with the U.S. embassy in Jerusalem. 2) He chose to conduct his visit accompanied by Palestinian activists, and, for some reason, @nytimes journalists with cameras at the ready. With him was also a person affiliated with @jstreet, an organization that actively lobbies against the government of Israel on Capitol Hill. 3) Mr. Khanna and his entourage entered what was believed to be a closed military zone without permission. The military had no prior knowledge of him going there, due to his refusal to coordinate with them. The vehicle they stopped was unknown to them and therefore provoked suspicion. The moment details of the Congressman's identity were cleared, he was free to go. At no point was the congressman, or any member of his party, threatened by the soldiers, or civilians bearing arms. 4) To add insult to injury - the Congressman used this instance as an opportunity to tout "genocide" and "apartheid" libels to the press, propelling himself to the center of yet another anti-Israel media frenzy. The facts don't lie - this was a cheap, anticipated provocation, that could, and should have been avoided. 5) Calling me a liar won’t change the facts. I’d be happy to host Congressman Khanna at our embassy for an in-depth conversation on his grievances regarding Israel.

Ambassador, we have always had a relationship of mutual respect despite political differences. The IDF has now clarified it was not a restricted zone and Israeli papers have confirmed this. Deputy Chief of Mission David Brownstein in our embassy did a superb job in getting us out. We are safe because of him. Please thank him. We obviously notified our Embassy and Israel's embassy about the trip given we were in constant touch with David. I hope sir you will work on bringing the extreme settlers who blockaded Americans to justice. Also, please visit Beit Sahour, a Christian majority town.
