Apologies for the problems with Bulk Buffer folks. I’m currently on a campsite with limited wifi, but have made a fix now.

We’re migrating to a brand new datacenter today. It should mean faster uploads for everyone (and a tiny bit of downtime).

@Kobestarr anything in the past week. If you contact @buffer they will be able to confirm if anything’s blocking it on their end.

@Kobestarr can you confirm you’re on the Buffer Awesome plan and that it’s not a new Twitter account?

@signpostcomms if you’re not on Buffer Awesome plan, we can only send a maximum of 10 updates. If you don’t have room, you’ll see errors.

@signpostcomms they won’t be included in the updates sent to Buffer and will show up as red if you try to send them.

@MeredithMBell certainly. At the bottom of the importer you can check or uncheck each account.

@emily_kodama can you confirm the updates are too long if for Twitter? If not, you might have hit a max limit in Buffer if a new account.

@emily_kodama hi Emily. Are you on the Awesome plan on Buffer? Free accounts are limited to 10 updates.

@ajenkins hi Andrew, at the bottom you can select the accounts to upload to. You can’t assign specific accounts to each update yet.

@michaelelmgreen our server had a little hiccup, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

@AdamDince it’ll just fill up your normal buffer queue. If you have a schedule it’ll use it, otherwise you can schedule them yourself.
