@MalakaiDragon I did, they arrived at EF Saturday afternoon after I went to Hamburg Airport and negotiated for them, and then they got lost on the way home again too.
Thankfully that was only a day and a half delay, but my actual luggage arrived damaged. Suit all safe fortunately.

Honestly, it has been a nightmare. My suit is lost in my home airport and @British_Airways won't do anything beyond read a script. I have spent hours begging on the phone, a friend even took time to go to the airport and ask and basically got told to pound sand.
