Hi , your order was sent today. I have responded to a couple of emails explaining that the delay was due to waiting for purple labels to come back into stock. I generally do not send orders during half term due to the fact that sometimes they cannot be delivered and then get either lost or returned. @TeacherFFB bit concerned that our order of two for my school faculty haven't been invoiced or details of delivery. No response to email query. We ordered two last Monday. Schools have to wrap up invoicing this month. Order for Holy Rood High School, Edinburgh.

@OctopusEnergy great service, Octopus! Woke to no gas on NYD. Engineer out and replaced our old gas meter within 3 and a half hours of flagging up issue. Thanks to Emily for great communication and to our excellent engineer - sorry, didn't catch his name!

@virginmedia More words? How about Virgin starts using words to tell contractors to not start work a 7.30am on a Sat and clean up their mess? I've used your complaints form earlier this week and phoned your complaints line this a.m. How about the next set of words from you mention action?

@virginmedia despite filling out complaints form about issues with contractors in street no action taken and no communication back. Contractors start at 7.20am on Saturday. Street still covered in mud. Complaints procedure a joke. KY12 0PF Dunfermline
