6/9 A cursory search on Hon. Raila reveals that he has continuously punctuated political headlines for the last 40 yrs. His struggle over the decades has secured him a historical prime spot in a neighborhood that domiciles Mandela, Nkurumah, King Jr and Abrahim Lincoln.

5/9 Baba was a true Kenyan. The story of Hon.Junet, Hon. Shakeel , Oketch Salah and many others was a deliberate and inimitable strategy on the part of this true Kenyan - Patriot Raila Odinga.

4/9 The confluence of a changing season and an end of this influential political personality, stroke a renewed feeling of patriotism, hope, and confidence in me for Kenya and Kenyans across the globe.

3/9 Outside my window, the fall colors are peaking. The morning view outside my window looks beautiful. The foliage is changing colors, representing a refreshing restart of a life cycle.

2/9 I personally met Baba in a 2007 aspirants conference at Bomas of Kenya for the first time. President William Samoei Ruto and other members of the summit were present during a conciliatory meeting after rough ODM primaries.That’s a story for another day…

1. @KindikiKithure , @IPOA_KE very unfortunate that police officers at Nyayo house are mishandling the general public and today I fell a victim, Roughed up and seriously assaulted. Sustained injuries at my left foot and arm.

Things looks quite different since the last time I was here in the early 1980’s as a child. It was a de ja vue moment. The pavilion was done to international standards.
