@MicrosoftHelps Hey, why in Word has right click "search x" been 'deprecated'? Either just remove it or do the search? was a quick and easy way to work, is that why you removed it?

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to sign up, at the £5 deposit page I get "Your payment was declined. Please check your details or try an alternative payment method" but all details are correct, there's funds and I've tried 3 cards. Clearly its an issue with your process what do I do?

It’s best to put every detail into the first message that you send. This could include where you boarded the train, where the train is going, what the next stop is, where you're getting off, what is happening, what do the people look like, and the times of the train etc.

@virginmedia broadband down, you send a self congratulatory text saying it’s fixed but online checker says it’s not. It’s not cos I’ve not got any broadband. Yes I’ve rebooted etc. - so inconsistent and annoying.
