@CapitalOne why is it so had to get a refund of an item you never received from @Kohls when I used my kohl's credit card from capital one? It's nearly impossible to get help for an order you never received

@Kohls See @CapitalOne if a refund was submitted I should be able to be given the amount of refund. I keep getting told to wait for it be processed. I wish had the same customer service standards as I receive with my other accounts with you
