@RyleyMaddox007 Wording matters. If you frame it as 'I believe xxx should be fucked' then it is not incitement, it is your belief. Voila!

They arrested me for holding a sign. Not for violence. Not for harming anyone. Not for destroying property. A sign. On May 16th, 2026, at the UTK march, I was arrested for peacefully expressing my beliefs in a country that claims to value free speech.

@Alterschwede66 @jaynordlinger That's because Europe et al has allowed it to get away with it. Give russians hell, and they will be ready to rejoin civilisation in a century or two.

As concerns the Ukraine war, it's hard to see a peace plan worthy of the name other than: Russia leaves Ukraine and controls its imperial appetite, content to be a country, and a great one, if decently governed.

@MadlerDO @jurgen_nauditt The times when an Anerican could lecture another state about corruption are firmy in the past. The levels of corruption demonstrated by your dear leader are mind boggling.

The money will be laundered in Kiev like most of my tax money was and the appropriate kickback percentages will be deposited into the Swiss or curcao bank accounts of people like you, your EU buddies, Ukranian probably Russian and now new Hungarian officials accounts! How dumb do you think we are?

Hungary will transfer the severance payments of Orbán’s resigned government ministers to Ukraine. The money will be transferred to an orphanage in the village of Velyka Dobron in Transcarpathia, Péter Magyar announced. The new head of government has mandated that the former officials make these payments. I appeal to all the ministers who have destroyed our country and driven it into debt: Do not even think about accepting this money! Given the state in which they left the country, this is the very least they can do. Including members of parliament, the total sum amounts to 2.8 million euros.

@pictureladyjan @IAPonomarenko Leadership bashing is a national sport in Ukraine. Do not read too much into it. The moment any outsider takes it too seriously, they close the ranks. Only Ukrainians can criticise Ukrainian leadership.

Zelensky is taking heavy hits today for the disastrous personnel decisions he made starting from 2019, when he still seemed to see himself as the star of a comedy show about a president and filled his near circle with random people whose only real skill was “selling themselves” in job interviews — or in some cases outright opportunists, frauds, and adventurers without any principles whatsoever.

💬 President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy: "If the one person in Moscow who cannot live without war cares only about one parade and nothing else, that’s a different story. Ukraine is ready to work for peace." Russia asks for silence for its 9 May parade – from the very country it attacked and expected to conquer within three days. Ukraine responded with a real proposal: a full ceasefire starting at midnight on 5–6 May. Russia violated it immediately with new strikes and attacks. Ukraine is ready to work for peace and seeks to end this war with dignity. Russia itself shows no intention of doing so, so the world must pressure it towards diplomacy.

For the 2nd time in 24 hours, Putin sends out the Kremlin's drunkest staff member to beg everyone to force Zelensky not to strike Moscow's May 9th celebrations that Ukraine isn’t even interested in striking. With Putin clearly now having fallen into the trap of pulling all air defenses to Moscow, let us again ask ourselves - HOW ARE THEY SO STUPID??
Jay in Kyiv@JayinKyiv

Putin rolls out the drunkest member of his press team with an attempt to save Putin's May 9th propaganda party, threatening that Russia will do more of exactly what they've been doing if Ukraine embarrasses the dictator on his big day.

@JayinKyiv russians were there, but they simply left. i am almost certain she was German which is more perplexing since most Germans would never do such thing, the respect for any victims of war is very high in the German society- support for Ukraine, too. felt sadistic 🤷🏻‍♂️

every public talk i have i start or end with a minute of silence for the fallen Ukrainian heroes protecting our Europe. yesterday in Berlin - for the first time in four years - a woman sitting right in the first row demonstratively sat this one out. why do some people do that?

@astraiaintel Due to the sheer loss of Russian manpower and material plus the destruction of most of the occupied territories. It would take bare minimum 10-20 years for Russia to make any real gain from them. Their population was already declining before the war.

We need to be careful. There is no way out of a ceasefire. If the occupied territories are allowed to remain under Putin’s control for the next decade, it’s over.

@ShaunPinnerUA Next you need to do the same about loss of property. Owners with Western links are more likely to get through that wall first to set a precedent. russia will not pay now, but they will not be able to worm their way back into the world later without settling those bills.

Well, made it into the old current bun. If we win, it could set a precedent, allowing Ukrainians, and anyone who’s been a victim of Russian brutality, to bring claims against the Russian state. Landmark. 🙏🇺🇦 It won’t bring back loved ones or undo what’s been taken, homes, lives, in some cases both, but if we’re successful, it could help people start to rebuild.

About four weeks ago we officially filed at the UK High Court: Pinner v Russian Federation. This isn’t talk anymore, it’s happening. The judgment we secured in Kyiv is now being put forward for recognition in the UK, while I begin work on a new documentary following the full journey, from capture to now and four years on, building on Captured (30K+ views) and what happens behind the headlines. Over the past few weeks I’ve also been in Canada, speaking with Ukrainian diaspora communities, while continuing daily reporting through Voices from the Front across Substack, YouTube & London Loves Business. 👉open.substack.com/pub/shaunpinne… All of this comes with ongoing costs, legal fees, production, travel, and keeping frontline reporting going. I’m trying to raise £2,000 to help cover part of the annual costs. If you’ve followed the work or believe in accountability, you can support here 👇 crowdfunder.co.uk/p/qr/Dy42zRgW?… Or PayPal @shaunpinner But I’d rather the small, often, consistent support makes that really makes a difference like becoming a paid subscriber on X or Substack🙏 Thank you to all who’s supported Voices, you helped get us here. Shaun

🇺🇦🇭🇺 Peter Magyar received the mayor of the Ukrainian city of Berehove in Zakarpattia and discussed with him the situation of the Hungarian minority, and also proposed to hold the first meeting with Zelensky in Berehove. "It is time for Ukraine to end more than a decade of legislative restrictions, and for the Hungarians of Transcarpathia to restore all their cultural, linguistic, administrative and educational rights and become equal and respected citizens of Ukraine again... If these issues can be resolved, we will definitely be able to start a new chapter in Ukrainian-Hungarian bilateral relations," added Magyar. He noted that he considers the compromises proposed by Ukraine on educational issues in 2025 "promising, but insufficient."

@joethe_duck @hissgoescobra @BennnnnBennnnnn Whatever any European nation did to the Jews, they have not done it for at least 80 years. russia, on the other hand, keeps killing its neighbours even now and is still as anti-semitic as it ever was. Plus a sponsor of Hamas et al. Yet you like them. Go figure.
