Hey mate here you are: pizzazzerie.com/recipes/master… We don't really get true pimentos in NZ and AUS. I sub with the small round peppers stuffed with cream cheese you can get at the deli section, which are similar flavour mainly sweet with very slight spice and smoky. You can use a jar of roasted red peppers as well in the pickles aisle. For cheeses I used a mix of tasty cheddar, colby, and an extra sharp cheddar. Have it with a glass of Arnold Palmer (half strong black tea brewed and then chilled, half old fashioned lemonade, slices of lemon, ice). I'll have a big jug of it in the fridge constantly topped up all week. Enjoy and have a great week following the golf!
