I, for one, cannot believe that Lee Westwood—a man who sits on Twitter all day looking to pick fights over every perceived slight not only to himself but to others (simp!)—did not have the intestinal fortitude to ever win a major championship. Meanwhile, he had to sit and watch (we all know he was glued just like all the other LIV weirdos who say they aren't) as a fellow countryman and relative unknown to the casual golf fan, Aaron Rai, just put his head down and went to work at Aronimink on Sunday, achieving something he'll never achieve despite not having anywhere near the talent Westwood possessed in his prime. Just an unbelievably tough scene.

The thin-skinned performative anger is why people detest the LIV whiners so much. Joel's piece was incredibly fair, a recap of events followed by a measured opinion, which is *his job.* The screenshots below are as tough as he got. Believe me, it could be worse. Calling Joel a "prick" for this is about as petty as it gets. They're so mired in their own grievance-y propaganda that they can't handle someone with a different opinion. Grotesque way to behave imo.

Before this week, Aaron Rai had never finished better than 19th in a major championship (2021 The Open, 2024 U.S. Open, 2025 PGA Champ) in 12 attempts. Entering the week, he ranked 126/135 for SG: PUTT over the past 6 months. He currently sits 6th in the field for putting, and 1st for SG: APP.
