I have two charge off due to overdraft fees i couldn’t pay back in time. .@BuseyBank really fucked me hard with their fees for years. They would cancel the payment and keep racking me with fees. Now I can’t have a bank account. Banks aren’t for the poor or disabled.

@Busey @fbi Received a call from 8882822117 Claiming to be Busey fraud, they are not. I gave no information. They could not provide me with any information. And they gave me the wrong name listen on my account when referring to my wife's last name. Idiots...

We are pleased to report that Busey is re-opening all Florida locations on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. This includes Cape Coral, Red Cedar/Fort Myers, Summerlin/Fort Myers and North Port. All locations will open on-time and operate with normal hours. Thank you!

All Busey branches will be closed today, October 14 in observance of the holiday. Customer Care and Treasury Management Support will be available from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. CST. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, October 15.

Busey’s Summerlin location in Fort Myers, Florida will be open tomorrow, Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 9 a.m. ET – 12 p.m. ET. Both the lobby and drive-up lanes will be open. Our other Florida locations – Red Cedar/Fort Myers, Cape Coral and North Port – remain closed.
