If you’re an @Uber rider, DON’T take a ride from Tigran (Chrysler Pacific Hybrid license plate 9JRD924) at #Coachella. That POS never picked us up but pretended to drop us off & charged us full fare. Watched him drive to our destination on the app while we stood there stranded.
