EXCLUSIVE Colorado Teacher REFUSED to allow a 7th grader to present her pro-life slam poetry submission because it’s “offensive” and might make kids feel “unsafe.” Some examples of accepted topics in the class are slamming the 2nd amendment, mocking Jesus, and lgbtq rights. Staff admitted that the poem met all the requirements however couldn’t be read out loud because it’s “politically charged.” The teacher also initially tried kicking this 13-year-old girl out of class during the poem presentations but allowed her to stay after pushback. We spoke with the mother and daughter who shared their story and with us and why being pro-life is so personal to them. This happened at Drake Middle School in @JeffcoSchoolsCo.

Because both prosecutors and defense attorneys were under intense pressure from the breakneck pace of the January 6 trials, even when they could access the raw video, they often lacked the time to fully grasp the significance of the government’s selective editing. The Rumble clip below compares the original native footage with the edited government exhibit used in the first Oath Keepers trial. The government version is heavily zoomed in and contains deceptive cuts: material has been removed from both the beginning and the end of the clip. Why these edits were likely made: • In the full, unedited clip, Timothy Allen Hart (wearing the Q sweatshirt) is seen walking directly in front of Kelly Meggs and “the Stack.” Hart appears to have played a role in leading or influencing the Oath Keepers onto the steps — an area where Oath Keepers Ken Harrelson and James Dolan had already been drawn in. • The original clip clearly shows Hart leading the Oath Keepers up the stairs. • At the top of the stairs stands the unidentified figure known as #Insider486, who appears to act as a blocker. His role seems to have been to keep the Oath Keepers from immediately heading toward the East Doors. You can see him shaking his head — he had caught second-hand mace earlier while the area in front of the East Doors was being prepared by specialists. (Timestamp approx. 2:38:30 in the native footage.) • During this exact window, as the National Anthem played its final verses, police officers guarding the East Doors were attacked with mace and pepper spray and pulled back. Had the Oath Keepers witnessed this unfolding attack in real time, they likely would have intervened. If the jury would have seen them on the stairs during the last stanza’s attack, it would have conflicted with the government’s prosecution theory and subsequent exhibits that flash forwarded them too early to be in front of the Columbus Doors as police officers were ushered off. #Insider486 is visible in the native clip on the left side of the frame: crew cut, short beard, leather jacket, shaking his head, who stops washing his eyes out (from pepper spray during the attack) who stops what he is doing when he spots William Issac’s and moves behind Ken Harrelson of the Oath Keepers on the stairs.
