jeffreydachmd.com/wheat-gluten-l… Modern wheat was genetically modified in the 1970’s by Norman Borlaug, a plant geneticist and pathologist who won the Nobel Prize and Congressional Gold Medal for developing a high yield dwarf wheat which averted a global famine crisis. This new high yield wheat was no doubt a blessing, however, the “curse” or downside is the magnified adverse health effects. Changes made to the gliadin protein in the new “high yield, semi-dwarf” wheat have quadrupled the incidence of celiac disease and other auto-immune diseases. The opiate activity of semi-digested peptide fragments from the gliadin protein stimulate the appetite centers of the brain causing “constant hunger” increased caloric intake and obesity. Because the wheat opiates are addictive, elimination of wheat may cause withdrawal effects in susceptible people. The wheat- Amylopectin component causes hyperglycemia and insulin resistance diabetes, now reaching epidemic proportions in our population. Another major problem is the current agricultural practice of spraying glyphosate over wheat fields as a pre-harvest drying agent. Glyphosate is a toxic chemical associated with 22 diseases. The wheat in your supermarket loaf is not the wheat your great-grandmother ate. It is barely the same plant. In the 1950s, an American agronomist named Norman Borlaug crossed wheat with a Japanese dwarf variety called Norin 10. The result was a plant half the height of traditional wheat, with a thick stem that did not collapse under synthetic nitrogen fertiliser. Yields tripled. Borlaug got the Nobel Peace Prize. Famines in India and Pakistan were averted. None of that is in dispute. None of that is the point. The point is what came after the harvest. The new dwarf wheat was selected for one thing. Yield. Not flavour. Not minerals. Not digestibility. Studies comparing modern wheat with the heritage varieties grown a century earlier consistently find lower zinc, lower iron, lower magnesium, lower selenium per gram. The plant got shorter. The food got thinner. Then came the Chorleywood Bread Process, developed in 1961 in a Cheshire town that should have known better. Mix, proof, bake in three and a half hours instead of overnight. The fermentation that broke down the harder gluten fractions and the phytic acid binding the minerals was simply skipped. The loaf was, by structure, harder to digest and lower in bioavailable minerals than its slow-fermented predecessor. Then came the glyphosate. From the 1980s onwards, farmers in wet northern climates began spraying their wheat with glyphosate roughly a week before harvest. Not for weeds. To dry the crop down. The active ingredient of Roundup, sprayed directly onto the grain that becomes your flour. Global glyphosate use rose roughly fifteen-fold between 1996 and 2016. So this is the wheat sold to you as a staple food. A plant bred for yield, fermented for ninety minutes instead of overnight, sprayed with a probable carcinogen the week before it became your toast. Then you are told you are gluten intolerant. Possibly. Or possibly you are intolerant of what we have done to wheat in the last sixty years. Bred down, rushed through, and chemically dried for the convenience of an industry that does not eat its own product. Heritage varieties exist. Spelt. Einkorn. Emmer. Khorasan. Tall, slow-growing, lower-yielding, longer-fermented. Grown by a small number of stubborn farmers who refuse to use the dwarf seed. The bread takes eighteen hours instead of ninety minutes. It costs more than the supermarket loaf. Your grandmother would have recognised it. You may now connect the dots yourself.

People over poison? It sounds obvious enough. But why are we even here? Trump, his administration and Republican colleagues in the House and Senate are supposed to be protecting people from poison. Why aren't they doing their job? Why are we on the verge of giving a free ride to Bayer/Monsanto's poisonous pesticides that are harming our children, our adults, and our country. Why are we even on the verge of giving them immunity from liability? This is crazy. Support the Pingree/Massie amendment to prevent liability protection for Bayer's glyphosate pesticides. They should be held accountable for harming the public just like any other company out there.

On Monday, Representative Chellie Pingree stood on the steps of the Supreme Court and named what is actually happening in Congress right now. Bayer has 53 lobbyists working Capitol Hill and is spending millions to jam a liability shield into the Farm Bill, language that would strip Americans of their right to sue when a product gives them cancer. Pingree fought to have it removed in committee. Every single Republican and one Democrat voted to keep it in. Across the street from that rally, the House Rules Committee was deciding the same day whether the Pingree-Massie Protect Our Health Amendment would even be allowed a floor vote. She has been an organic farmer in Maine since the 1970s and has been fighting this fight long before MAHA existed. Her message on Monday? No one can claim to support making America healthy again while voting to protect the companies spraying toxic chemicals on American farmland. Cancer is not a partisan issue, and any Farm Bill that shields chemical companies over farm families is not pro-farmer, not pro-health, and not pro-America. Bayer has the money. Charges According to the DOJ indictment: Conspiracy against the United States Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations Concealment, removal, or mutilation of records Aiding and abetting He faces a maximum of 5 years in prison on the conspiracy charge, up to 20 years per count for record destruction/falsification, and up to 3 years per count for concealment. Key Allegations Prosecutors allege that Morens and unnamed co-conspirators (including individuals matching the descriptions of EcoHealth Alliance’s Peter Daszak and another researcher) used personal email accounts (such as Gmail) to deliberately bypass Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Federal Records Act requirements. This was allegedly done to hide communications about NIH-funded bat coronavirus research grants after EcoHealth’s funding was terminated. The scheme reportedly involved: Moving official discussions off government servers. Deleting or concealing records. Efforts to shape the public narrative around COVID-19 origins (favoring natural spillover over lab-leak theories).

Fenbendazole and Mebendazole are discussed in Chapter 24 of my book, Cracking Cancer Toolkit, the use of repurposed drugs for cancer treatment. Although mot approved for human use, Fenbendazole has become a popular anti-cancer drug on social media, where stories of success are posted. Fenbendazole is inexpensive and widely available without a prescription as an anti-parasitic veterinary drug, similar to the human FDA approved drug, mebendazole. Renal Cell carcinoma is notoriously difficult to treat, and not responsive to conventional chemotherapy or radiation therapy. This is a case report of complete resolution of metastatic renal carcinoma using the veterinary drug, Fenbendazole in a 63 year old human male. Ewingella americana is a naturally occurring gram-negative bacterium isolated from the intestinal microbiota of reptiles and amphibians, including the Japanese grass lizard (Takydromus tachydromoides), Japanese tree frog (Dryophytes japonicus), and Japanese fire belly newt (Cynops pyrrhogaster). In integrative oncology, this live biotherapeutic has generated excitement as a novel probiotic-style anticancer agent following its discovery in a 2025 screening study of 45 gut bacterial strains from these species. Researchers identified E. americana as the standout strain with exceptionally potent antitumor activity. It works through a unique dual mechanism: selective colonization and proliferation (up to 3000-fold within 24 hours) in the hypoxic core of solid tumors, where it secretes cytolysins, hemolysins, and exotoxins that directly disrupt tumor spheroids and trigger apoptosis via caspase-3 activation and TUNEL-positive cell death. At the same time, the bacterium exerts powerful immunomodulatory effects by recruiting and activating host immune cells (increased CD3+ T cells, CD19+ B cells, and CXCR4+ neutrophils) and upregulating key antitumor cytokines such as IFN-γ and TNF-α. In preclinical orthotopic xenograft models of colon-26 colorectal carcinoma in mice, a single intravenous dose of live E. americana achieved complete tumor elimination with a 100% complete response rate and long-term survival, outperforming both anti-PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibition and liposomal doxorubicin chemotherapy. The treated animals also developed durable systemic antitumor immunity that protected against tumor rechallenge. Preclinical safety data show rapid systemic clearance, minimal pathogenicity, no significant organ toxicity, and an excellent therapeutic index at effective doses. While still investigational and confined to early preclinical research, E. americana represents a promising new class of naturally derived live bacterial therapeutics that could one day be explored as a supportive probiotic-style intervention in integrative oncology protocols.

Researchers in Japan injected a common anaerobic bacteria into tumor-bearing mice and watched it navigate directly to the oxygen-starved tumor environment, colonize it, shrink it, and activate the immune system to destroy it, with no toxicity and no adverse effects on major organ systems. A follow-up study tested a second bacterial strain, Ewingella americana, against colorectal cancer and found something even more striking. After treatment, all cured mice completely rejected a second introduction of tumor cells more than 60 days later. The immune system had learned, remembered, and refused to let the cancer return. The survival rate in the E. americana group was 100%. In 2010 William Shaw reported high levels of HPHPA (hydroxy-propionic acid) in urine samples of patients with autism and schizophrenia. HPHPA is an abnormal phenylalanine metabolite of Clostridia species, a pathogenic bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract. Dr Saw states: “The highest value (of HPHPA) measured in urine samples was 300 times the median normal adult value, in a patient with acute schizophrenia during an acute psychotic episode. The psychosis remitted after treatment with oral vancomycin with a concomitant marked decrease in HPHPA." The source of this compound is multiple species of anaerobic bacteria of the Clostridium genus. Testing for Urinary Metabolites can be done using the organic acids test. However, Antibiotics Are Not Useful Long Term – Use Probiotics instead. Long term antibiotic treatment of Clostridia overgrowth in autistic children is not practical or feasible. The child will invariably regress after cessation of the antibiotic. According to WIlliam Shaw, “In most cases, Clostridia overgrowth can be controlled by supplementation, with 30 billion cells per day of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (Culturelle) and/or 2-6 billion cfu’s of Saccharomyces boulardii.” Dr. Shaw also mentions similar remissions in case reports using anti-fungal drugs such as Sporonox.

Dr. William Shaw's lab found that 60 to 70% of people with autism had overgrowth of Clostridia and Candida in their intestines, organisms that antibiotics leave behind while killing beneficial bacteria. Treatment would clear the overgrowth and symptoms would improve, sometimes dramatically. Then treatment stopped, and the autism returned along with the Candida. The question was why the body wasn't maintaining the clearance on its own. A German study provided a striking piece of the answer: the measles vaccine was found to knock out children's immunity specifically to Candida, and only to Candida, leaving every other immune function intact. The implications reach beyond autism. The same Clostridia and Candida pattern showed up across psychiatric diagnoses, and Dr. Shaw's lab documented complete reversal of severe schizophrenia using an antibiotic targeted at the bacterial overgrowth.

Notice the Large red vertical line on Sen. Ron Johnson's Vaers Chart showing massive increase in deaths reported in VAERS at the rollout of the C0\/lD \/axx. Notice also annual deaths since 1990 usually runs about 200-300. This suddenly increased to 20,000 deaths after the rollout. Sen Johnson claims this is a screaming safety signal, but the CDC, HHS and FDA have been ignoring it for the past 5 years, and will continue to ignore it until all the data is erased, and history will be rewritten to declare that the C0\/lD \/axx saved millions of lives. IVM promotes autophagy, apoptosis, suppresses glycolysis, targets cancer stem cells and activates tumor suppressor genes like TP53. The benzimidazoles impair microtubule function of cancer cells without the toxicity of taxanes. And we know there is a lot of anecdotal evidence, but we need good clinical trial data if these medications are ever to be adopted by the wider medical community in the treatment of cancer.

What we are forgetting is that Glyphosate is another part of the GMO food problem, since Glyphosate is "RoundUp" sprayed on GMO soy that has been genetically modified to withstand this toxic poison glyphosate. Farmers can spray RoundUp on the crops to eradicate the weeds, and the Glyphosate resistant GMO soy will survive. Farmers also spray RoundUp on Wheat, not as an insecticide, but as a drying agent to expedite harvesting with massive machines. Another GMO food is Bt Corn genetically modified to embed a bacterial gene in the corn that makes the Bt corn manufacture an insecticide. This insecticide remains in the food we are eating. On November 18, 2004, he testified before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee during hearings investigating the Vioxx (rofecoxib) scandal and the FDA’s handling of the drug’s cardiovascular risks. He also described Vioxx as “what may be the single greatest drug safety catastrophe in the history of this country” and estimated that it caused 88,000–139,000 heart attacks or strokes in the U.S., with tens of thousands of deaths. Graham was a longtime FDA safety reviewer and whistleblower who criticized the agency’s drug-approval and post-market safety processes, claiming they were too industry-friendly and failed to protect the public.
