@VinceRawlingsNL @PaulLaneMHA I think the biggest issue is that there is no benchmarks or timelines for it. Even if we double the effort, they could of easily said not good enough and still proceed with the tariff. Not that I seem to be pushed to the general public.

@rlegrow @CityofStJohns I had something similar happen to my brother property. It is a city issue. Owner needs to pay like 100 bucks for city to come in and clear it. Could be blockage. A lot of downtown homes have this outside pipe. That's what we did anyways.
