I tell sellers to let VAs handle 90% of their business but admittedly still do TONS of work myself for every brand we work with. VAs are good, but not better than me. And majority of my day is doing work I actually ENJOY. If it feels like a chore? Delegate it

Lesson: Don’t take a loan to buy a used BMW worth 5x your net worth when you’re young and should be building skills. I was ready and willing to teach him how to make 6 figures a year on his own within a year… but instead he’s got a new motor and has to clock extra hours to make that car payment 😬 To be fair, I bought the used beemer as my first car and learned this same lesson, so there’s plenty of time…but c’mon man!
