@Martyupnorth How many actual refugees did we allow in this country? Give me $80,000 a year to sit on my ass. I may vote for you as well.

Hi. I live in Alberta and I’m a Forever Canadian who will be voting to stay. Because Canada is thriving…. It doesn’t bother me that 59% of Canadians are now saying they’ll never retire. And yes, I’m aware that homeless encampments have increased 303% across Canada since 2018 - it’s really not that big of a deal, we have beautiful summers. And I have heard that 10% of Canadians are living in poverty - could we do better? I guess - but at least it’s not 20%. And so what if roughly 100,000 Canadians have already been laid off in 2026 - maybe they should’ve chosen a career path that was a little more stable. And I think it’s totally fine that 42% of Canadian manufactures are planning to move to the US. They should move. They’re likely racist bigots - the US can have them. I mean, anyone who questions the government is a racist bigot - and that makes up most of the separatist movement. They don’t even care about the colour of peoples skin. But they should care because people of colour need to understand that they’re victims and can’t succeed without government handouts and if you’re white - it’s your job to tell them. The same applies to First Nations. That’s why we have DEI. Separatists also don’t care about the sexual orientation of others. Who wants to live in a country where sexual orientation doesn’t matter? I don’t. I mean, 2SLGBTQIA+IBUPROFEN people deserve special treatment. And I normally don’t support public nudity - but I do if it’s at a Pride parade. They have to know that we will not question them. And I don’t think sexual orientation will be celebrated in an independent Alberta on a daily basis. And that’s not right. Sexual orientation is everything these days. And when it comes to the government - it’s not their job to be honest or look after the country. It’s our job to accept what they do. I mean, can you imagine living in a country with a responsible government? Not me - I wouldn’t want that. Government officials became government officials so they can do whatever they want and spend our taxes however they choose - even if that means funding other countries while Canadians go hungry. And some people have asked me how I feel about the debt being passed down to future generations - my answer: I don’t care. I won’t be around then. Not my problem. I mean sure, I love my children and grandchildren - but their future isn’t really my concern anymore. It’s their future. Not mine. Anyways, that’s why me (and my friends) are voting to stay. Because Canada is amazing. Elbows up! Blame Trump! And free Palestine!

I go for a hikes every weekend, but thank you. I also enjoy fishing. I know how to relax. Don’t worry about me. But if you want to ignore what’s actually happening to our country that’s up to you. obviously I don’t know what your life is like But if you’re OK with the corruption, that’s been going on in Canada for the last few years, good for you! I don’t know if you’re retired and you really don’t care about the future generations, but I would say that’s quite selfish of you. The more you live in denial the worst this country is going to get.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS Carney admits, the share of funds from the Gordie Howe Bridge, funds economic development on the US side only. Canadian taxpayers now subsidize American economic growth on a bridge Canadians paid $6.4 billion to build. He just called this a win.

That’s the beauty of out west, we can’t move our economy south cause it’s in the ground. Literally everything. Oil & Gas Uranium, potash, farming and more. If only The Government would get out of the way, we’d be able to share some of the wealth in the east with jobs. Alberta has been the economic engine for Canada. Now imagine if separating becomes a thing . Stop voting Liberal, Ontario and Quebec, Maritimes too. Something wrong over there.

It really works, met a man on the weekend from Ontario travelling through Saskatoon to the Yukon in his Land Rover . Nice guy, talked about his journey and life. But we ended up talking about the economy, homelessness and drugs. Apparently in London Ontario, his home, downtown is a shithole now with homelessness and drugs, mostly fentanyl he said. I was so surprised to hear this. I left Ontario in 07 and I loved London. Anyway, he started saying Carney is doing his best and blamed everything on Trump. I said, how so? Why is Saskatchewan and Alberta doing well compared to Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes? He said, of course, oil and farming. I said that’s part of it yes. But we also have a conservative provincial government that work hard Bringing in investments with the abundance of resources we do have. but we always have to fight Ottawa with their freaken regulations. Imagine if we didn’t have to fight with Ottawa and just let us be. We’d be doing even better than we are now. When has Ontario fought with Ottawa? You have Ford pretending to be conservative and destroying your economy while pretending. How is that Trump’s fault. We kept it civil and pretty much ended there but he’s 66 and retired. Had good job (welder heavy duty mechanic) with a good pension ,his wife did too but she got sick and passed away in 2018. Still has his house in London payed off years ago worth he Thinks, 700 grand, has savings, no debt, life insurance etc. He’s not worried about jobs, he’s not worried about affordable groceries or bills. He’s going to the Yukon till September and enjoy his safari like journey. He customized his Land Rover so he can live in it. It’s his third time in three years he does this. He has no clue, he complained about downtown London and basically blamed Trump. It blows my mind. These are some of the people voting liberal. Retired well off people with cashing in from the good times. Probably paid a quarter of the price is worth today. Those days are gone but that didn’t clue in for him either. Judging just from him and all the boomers like him, we are in for a long period of suffering. We may never recover.

@toronto_morning Loved wars too. Always wanted to wipe out Iran from the map. Always willing to send more weapons to Israel and keep causing chaos in the Middle East. This guy enjoyed seeing people die.

I was just a kid in those days. The tabloids loved her. They had stories about her all the time she was a regular at studio 54. She definitely got around and she admitted it too She claimed she had undiagnosed bipolar which made her hypersexual. After her son died in an avalanche, I guess she snapped out of it and actually got diagnosed and then got close to Justin. She started writing books on mental health and actually spoke about it publicly. So it’s hard to imagine the kind of life Justin had, but it was definitely not a normal life as we know it. Which explains a lot on his behaviour

Whether you supported him or not, it’s sad to see a former Prime Minister of Canada resort to this kind of childish behaviour. The office should command dignity..even after you leave it. 🇨🇦 @JustinTrudeau
