Does anyone else get asked to sign things at the doctor's office that aren't true? This is the second time. J is getting allergy shots, and the nurse says "I need you to sign this." I read it, and it says "I confirm we are leaving the premises despite being advised against doing so." I say "but we aren't leaving. You just told me we should wait here for 20 minutes, and we are." At the pediatrician: "we need you to sign this Good Faith Estimate. " Me: "I don't see the Estimate." Receptionist: "That is the Good Faith Estimate" Me: "... there is no number. If I sign this, you can charge whatever you want and I have to pay it. That seems contradictory to the purpose of GFE" Receptionist, now annoyed because how dare I read: "do what you want but they won't treat her if you don't sign and you'll pay a cancelation fee" How is this legal?

Seeing the new War Machine movie on @netflix getting a lot of hate. Is it gonna win any awards? No. But was it a fun and entertaining movie that I hope has a sequel? Absolutely yes.

@SaintsForecast Tennessee doesn’t care about the oilers or the history or even the colors until a few years ago but when Houston wanted to buy the rights back (free money), the Adams family said no because the Adams family are spiteful clowns who hate Houston.

Houston of course deep down wants the Oilers name and colors, everyone gets that. And Tennessee enjoys sticking it to Houston by having the thing they want. What I don’t understand is why the Titans wanna be the ‘sort of Oilers but not really’. Not letting Houston be the Oilers is sticking it to them. Why insist on having mediocre uniforms shoehorning in Oilers colors?

It continues to amaze me that so many in Houston think the Texans could get back the Oilers colors, name and uniforms. It can't happen. The Texans don't want them. Nobody will ever be able to get them because the NFL - and the Titans - have a legal document explaining it.
