The entire state of Utah should be rooting for UVU to win the WAC tonight and make the NCAA Tournament for the first time ever

@RyanRutherchevy For the Finals, that's insane. Keep in mind that the comparable examples we have up to this point are Detroit-San Antonio and Milwaukee-Phoenix.

A recent study found that "mild" stress is enough to trigger PTSD in autistic individuals. Think about that. MILD stress triggering PTSD in autistic individuals. And not enough people are talking about it. This is a SIGNIFICANT finding, if you ask me. So let's talk about it...

Given all the tithing discourse I've seen recently, I had the thought to share the way I calculate tithing (because I stressed over it for a long time). But I'm hesitating because I dont want to get into nonsense with people. Is it possible to post without people being nuts?

@Rach_the_Rivetr All for it. My great-grandfather's very candid journal was posted to Family Search, and I found it so interesting. Then someone took it down. Now, I have no way of accessing it. And that seems a shame to me.

What do you guys think about posting important historical documents about your family that don't show the happiest of times on Family Search but they are important to the family story.

@MatRyanELATeach @TeachLearnGrow2 That is many. I express jealousy toward the lit teachers, but after three semesters teaching Frankenstein, I was starting to realize it was probably not going to be sustainable much longer.

Since I haven't said this in some time, allow me to get this off my chest: I never want to read "The Great Gatsby" again and yet I will have to read it again, many more times!

in person? no. online? well .... i question anyone whose sole alleged symptoms of autism are dislike of unlikable experiences, poor social skills, and unwillingness to work. but i've come to admit that autism is such a broad spectrum that someone who doesnt fit the classic picture at all can still have a legitimate autism diagnosis. which means that when i see someone saying "i can't enjoy this because i have autism" etc they might actually be right. still, i claim the right to be skeptical

Happy Autism Awareness Day! I think too many people are 'aware' of autism. Have you ever met someone who claims to be autistic, but they've never been diagnosed? Self-reported autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is practically uncorrelated with real, clinician-diagnosed autism🧵
