What are the arguments for Chris Bell being worth a Top-50 pick, let alone a Top-20 selection?

Louisville WR Chris Bell, who was widely considered a top-20 pick before suffering an ACL injury in November, is progressing ahead of schedule and is now running and jumping. Teams are intrigued by his unique skill set at 6’2.5”, 225 lbs, and in-game GPS tracked him at low 4.3 speed in full pads. Bell already has visits scheduled with 13 teams (and has completed four) and is expected to be fully cleared by training camp, and chance of being first-round pick is still real.

I like both of them for what they are, and by that I mean I think Jacob Rodriguez will be a really solid R2 pick for someone (I wouldn’t take him R1) and Max Klare day 2 as a whole
Rodriguez has a capped ceiling imo to where he’ll be a good pro but I don’t think he’ll be some all pro typa guy and ultimately that’s what you expect out of a 1st round LB
I like Klare, I think the lack of production this year raises a question mark and just some average traits but he’s a good ballplayer as a whole, a guy I like on day 2

In Wilt's 100 game, Philly was letting NYK score quickly in the 4Q so they could get the ball back and feed the big man. Kobe took 13 of LA's 17 FGA - and all 13 of their FTA - in the 4Q to get to 81. No one's ever scored 70+ "ethically". What Bam did is insane and joyous.

Browns fans won't like it if Jerome Ford re-signs, but he'll be cheap, and he was easily the best passing situation back on the roster (the only one that could pass protect)
Was strictly his role last year, and if he's brought back for that role again, it would be worth it.
