Really disappointed @AlexanderHouse_ booked an overnight stay as a special birthday present for my parents in law and when they got there were told they couldn’t use the spa/swimming facilities as fully booked. Pretty poor considering the cost

Have now been on hold to your customer service team for well over an hour @IKEAUKSupport @IKEAUK. Do your mattresses come with a 25 year guarantee because that’s how long it takes to get hold of you???

Why is it impossible to get any assistance from your customer service @IKEAUK ? I’ve got an issue outstanding which has been going on for several months. Can’t get a response from you? Msgd you on fb and told an agent would get back to me. That was a week ago. Shockingly bad!
