Really disappointed @AlexanderHouse_ booked an overnight stay as a special birthday present for my parents in law and when they got there were told they couldn’t use the spa/swimming facilities as fully booked. Pretty poor considering the cost

So disappointed with @UberEats Ordered a treat for my son who is ill and it was never delivered. Checked the app which says it’s been delivered to an address that doesn’t exist on my road. No answer or call back from the driver. Not happy, will use deliveroo in future
