A worrying and generally bizarre approach to media enquiries from the new @ENCouncil - not a great sign for people in Northamptonshire hoping for better, more accountable local government after the shambles of recent years. Let's hope other councils don't go down this route.

The way @ENCouncil is handling its media enquiries is just ridiculous and prevents scrutiny. Not sure there’s a point to the media department if every written request is to be treated as an foi. Worrying trend. Also had something v similar this week from @NHFTNHS
