I just want to highlight a good friend of mine (I haven’t asked for permission to show his gamertag, so I won’t)
You’d be hard pressed to find someone who’s played more RE than him, he’s completed RE2R 272 times (!) and he has numbers like this on pretty much every RE.
There’s a passionate albeit niche community of hardcore RE players who dedicate years and years of their time to completing the games as fast as possible, they’ll complete the games hundreds of times to really push the needle what is possible before you simply can’t get any faster..
Don’t worry, if you’re the type of player who just rolls credits and never plays the game again, you’re going to get a good amount of time out of RE9, you’re not going to complete the game in 2 and 1/2 hours just because someone else did who’s already completed the game 9 times.
I mean do the maths use your brain a little, they’ve played the game for 80 hours.. 9 playthroughs and at-least one of those was 2 and 1/2 hours, their first playthrough was substantially longer than any of the others.

If this is true, then I’ll stick to watching a playthrough. $70 for a 2 and a 1/2 hour game is unreasonable enough on its own, but the fact that you can beat it quickly without healing or crafting is insane to me. Once again RE suffers from being overpriced and too short/easy.

We ignoring the fact that the Playstation servers were hacked for almost a month while the 360 had it's servers up and running? Glaze the PS3 all you want, but Xbox Users paid for online because their security was superior to the PS3.
