It's a wrap for our Jury Selection & Communicating with Jurors program! We thank our program chair Jennifer Lipinski and faculty for delivering such a fantastic program.

Day one of the Jury Selection & Communicating with Jurors program ends on a high note! Jennifer Lapinski from Cathy E. Bennett & Associates, Inc., engaged participants with invaluable insights on Voir Dire Myths, Trends, and Tips.

Back from the break and diving right into the action! Mimi Coffey from The Coffey Law Firm delivered an engaging session about Voir Dire in a DWI Case during our Jury Selection & Communicating with Jurors program.

The midday sessions of our Jury Selection & Communicating with Jurors program ended with an insightful presentation about Voir Dire in Sexual Assault Cases from Craig Jett from Burleson, Pate & Gibson, L.L.P.

We are back in session with Cody Cofer from Cofer Luster Law Firm, who joined us today to talk about Voire Dire in a Family Violence Case. A big thank you to Cody for sharing his expertise and insights with our Jury Selection and Communicating with Jurors program participants.

A powerful morning session came to a close with Michelle Fontenot's (Texas Lawyers Assistance Program) virtual conversation on mental health and managing burnout in the legal profession. Thank you, Michelle, for addressing these unspoken crucial issues.
