Then he documented how it happened.
On Biden’s first day in office, 94 executive orders cascaded from Washington and obliterated every immigration policy that had produced the most secure border in American history. Border Patrol agents were forced to carry out unconstitutional orders violating every provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
The numbers that followed are staggering.
During Trump’s last year in office: 𝟑𝟎,𝟓𝟓𝟕 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 arrested at the border — accounted for, not lost.
Biden’s first year: 𝟏𝟒𝟕,𝟗𝟕𝟓. Most unaccompanied. Most lost.
In 2023, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and the Director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement were forced to admit before Congress that their agency had lost contact with over 𝟖𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧.
What did DHS, HHS, and ORR do to correct it?
𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.
They created further policies to increase the efficiency of moving children from the border to unvetted sponsors in the interior. Children handed to total strangers. Then gone — into labor trafficking and sex trafficking.
A year later, the DHS Inspector General issued a report. The number of lost children was not 85,000.
𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟐𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎.
By the end of the Biden administration, Carrell testified, the total number of unaccompanied alien children trafficked through this system will have grown to over 𝟓𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎.
He stated with complete certainty that Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺, 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘺 weaponized illegal immigration as a tool to fundamentally transform America.
And inside that invasion, child sex trafficking flourished while three federal agencies watched and accelerated it.
This testimony happened. Under oath. In the United States Congress.
