About two weeks ago, a judge determined that there was no constitutional basis for ICE to hold an Oregon mother of two, Maria, who was in detention for almost four months. Armed, masked agents smashed her car window and detained her in January while she was shopping for socks for her teenage son. The Trump administration touts family values and upholding the rule of law, but ICE targets and abuses women on the streets and in detention centers.
