Derby got two more wins against Campus! Putting us at 18-0 for the season. I pitched the first game and set a new PR for strikeouts in a game of 15. Bringing my strikeout total to 54 out of 116 batters faced this season.

MLB's Lowest Attack Angle: 1°
No qualified MLB hitters swing down currently
Hitter's will have swings where they swing down, depending on timing, pitch location and other factors but no MLB hitters swing down on average
Is there a time & place to feel like you swing down? Yes, but majority of hitters shouldn't be training their swing to be a negative attack angle

Whether you like him or not you gotta give credit where credit is due …. @Teacherman1986 and Judge have unlocked a different style of hitting that’s made Judge one of the best in the game today and on his way to being one of the all time greats in our game.

Clean backspin isn’t impressive if it is forced. You can get it with a push pattern and linear hand path, but that doesn’t mean it’s efficient — or even good. Efficient swings produce it naturally through sequence and rotation.

Here my boy Austin is using a small wood bat that literally weighs like 15 oz. If the ball isn’t struck well it’s a ground ball… really forces the hitters to use their wrist, accelerate the barrel through the ball with your hands to get the ball to jump! It’s called hand - eye coordination guys, use your hands to hit the ball … join my channel on Ig where I’ll be going into more in depth things as I’m building out my community let’s get them boys working!!! 🙏🏽
