Los Angeles...my mom always said, stupid games win stupid prizes. This isn’t stupidity anymore. It’s incompetence. @spencerpratt we need you. Karen Bass and the council members need to go. Clean house! For over a year, we called the City about the vacant lot and house next to one of our apartment buildings. Nothing was done. That property turned into a homeless hangout. Yesterday, it caught fire and caused serious damage to our building. And now we can’t report it to insurance without the portfolio getting dropped, with the next policy likely costing 200–300% more because even insurance has fled the state. Blessed that no one was hurt. Just more frustration from hardworking tax payers.
