Bluprynt has closed a $4.25M oversubscribed seed round led by @valorcapgroup, anchored by @CultivationCap, and joined by @RobinhoodApp, @cbventures, @QuonaCapital, @FlourishVC, Kazea, and @SelahVentures, alongside notable strategic and individual investors across finance, banking, and compliance. The funding will be used to scale Bluprynt's Compliance OS for Digital Assets.
