BREAKING: Adam Hoffman has been released from jail for "good behavior." Hoffman is the 49-year-old Waco, TX attorney who faced life without parole for repeatedly raping a young boy, until Texas AG Ken Paxton offered him 1 day in jail and no need to register as a sex offender. A judge increased his sentence to a whopping 60 days. He got out in 30 days. This is MAGA's vision for the USA. Full story: letsaddresstexas.substack.com/p/ken-paxtons-…

@Michaelfiore The other trend is 'zero' something shoes, that have a very thin sole and a wide toe box. Their proponents say thickly padded shoes restrict circulation and cause discomfort and disorders.

Since running shoes with thick foam are trending right now, I’ll tell you what I think of these as a recreational runner. I’ve had them 2 months now, ran about 80 miles in them so far. I wear these ONLY when I run because not only do they look goofy, but they’re also awkward to walk in. The thick foam and rocker design feels unstable when walking. However, everything changes when you actually run in them. The shock absorption is insane and it feels like they propel you forward. Easier on the joints too. I accidentally ran in my old Brooks the other day (Glycerin 22) and the difference was insane. I hated how my old ones felt by comparison even though I had previously ran a few hundred miles in them comfortably. I’m also taller and heavier than most runners, so I think this style of extra foam will be my go-to from now on.

New running shoes and, yes, I’m showing you my ankle for free. Bout to take them for a spin, will report back.

@noscrubslaundry Are you kidding me? Takes a minute to load the washing machine, maybe another minute to switch to the dryer, and then a couple minutes to put the clothes on hangers. It would take me longer to use the app then it would to do the actual job. How lazy are you people using this?

@Mfutebolisticos Pros use extreme versions only for records in perfect conditions. Normal runners on everyday roads step wrong once and the ankle is toast. Plus this thing is illegal in official races because of the insane height. The shoe isn’t evil, it’s just not for us.

Honestly, I’m sick and tired of grown adults calling the climate crisis a hoax. It’s not even a debate, the science has been settled for decades. Your ignorance is not just embarrassing, it is actively destroying the planet and every living thing on it.

#BREAKING: Trump has reportedly filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court, arguing that the political persecution and investigations against him during his presidency undermined the legitimacy of his first term. Supporters claim that if such an argument were ever accepted, it could open a constitutional debate over whether his first term should count, potentially leaving the door open for another run in 2028. Democrats beyond desperation 🤣🤣🤣

@MW4Liberty What exactly is your definition of a massive nuclear arsenal in Israel? Now tell us how you would describe the nuclear arsenals of Russia and the US? Is there a word bigger than "massive" that applies accurately to the thousands of weapons we have?

The logic behind the mainstream narrative on Iran collapses the moment you lay the talking points side by side. If you pay attention to what we are told versus how these countries actually behave, the contradictions are glaring. First, there is the "Dirty Bomb" paradox. For decades, the media has painted Iran as an irrational, apocalyptic regime that "would destroy their enemies if they could." Yet, despite possessing thousands of ballistic missiles and advanced drones, and yet even during major direct military escalations, Iran has never once launched a dirty bomb or a crude radiological device. Why? Maybe because they are rational state actors focused on regime survival? They know a dirty bomb would mean total annihilation. Their restraint proves they are strategic, not mindless fanatics. Second, consider the Israel "existential threat" claim. If a nation is facing an immediate threat to its very survival, military doctrine dictates using every weapon available to neutralize it. Immediately. Israel possesses a massive, sophisticated nuclear arsenal. Yet, instead of using their ultimate deterrent, the strategy has been to lobby the U.S. to wear Iran down through conventional proxy wars, economic sanctions, and Western military power. If a nation is truly days away from wiping you off the map, you don’t play a decades long game of incremental attrition. Finally, the recent focus on uranium dust proves the "days away" claim is absolute bullshit. Uranium dust is not a bomb. Sure you can spin 60% uranium to 90% in days if you have everything prepared to do so, but that’s still not a bomb! If Iran were actually days away from a functional nuclear weapon, they would already have prototype warheads, miniaturized triggers, and delivery systems ready to go. And all that uranium dust would still have to be formed into metal. These are things that would be being asked for currently. They haven’t been. They won’t be. Because they don’t exist. The very fact that world powers are still sitting at a negotiating table haggling over “dust” is the ultimate admission that they were never “days away” a weapon. The contradictions exist because fear is a political tool. Framing Iran as a perpetual, irrational threat keeps the public in a state of crisis, making it easy to justify endless military spending and foreign intervention. Most people are just too under the spell to see the contradiction.

Steven Bartlett says a few glasses of wine ruined the next 3 days of his life “It's one of those areas where you don't understand the hidden cost until you really give it up for a while. I stopped drinking at 30 years old. I'm now 33. When I was 31, I thought, I'll have a drink again because now I could really A/B test it. I had a year of not drinking, decided to have a drink again” “It ruined three days of my life. I had a couple of glasses of wine, didn't get drunk. It ruined three days of my life because of the domino effect it caused” “I got worse sleep that night, and then because I got worse sleep that night, I ate more poorly the next day because my dopamine system or whatever, the cortisol system was all messed up. I podcasted worse. I didn't go to the gym that day or the day after because I felt really bad. I then slept worse, and I could track all of this on my Whoop”

If I could give American voters just one single piece of advice, especially those who don’t fully understand Trump’s foreign policy and find it stressful, it would be this: stop consuming everyone else’s analysis and go straight to the primary sources. Follow Trump himself, Admiral Brad Cooper ( CENTCOM officer) and above all, follow @SecRubio Marco is consistently clear, straightforward, and transparent about the policy. Just follow what he says and trust him. Your mental health will thank you.
