Not every court case alleged fraud. The 2020 PA court case was about the governor declaring that the rules for mail in ballots would be completely changed and expanded to account for the pandemic, despite the fact that the legislature never granted him that power nor that the state constitution permitted him to do so. The only body that could change election law was the legislature, and the Supreme Court declined to hear this case. Both parties agreed mail in ballots were subject to fraud until Democrats discovered they preferred it and get slightly better turnout

A judge’s obligation is to administer justice without fear or favor. The reality is that Barrett appears to have a great deal of fear, and it strains credibility to suggest that those concerns have not affected her judicial reasoning.

It is honestly even more surprising how well written it is coming from oral tradition. Homer's poems are the most intricate of the period worldwide and often outclasses other civilization poems for centuries. If you think that those stories have THEN been written with such beauty and tale complexity that it is incredible both the oral tradition and the men that put it in writing. Absolute masterpiece deserving every praise history gave it.

Yes, these poems were part of the Greek oral tradition that was later written down soon after the Greeks adapted their language to the alphabet from the Phoenecians. The poem was passed down every generation through memory. Human memory played the role that books do today. This is why Troy was later discovered archaeologically -- it was a real city that remained part of folk memory via the poem in the oral tradition. Homer's poems were thus not merely "stories" but written versions of the embedded memory of the Greek people. (Bonus: Hippocrates was also not one person, either, but an entire group of physicians who published for more than a century under the name "Hippocrates".)

Homer didn’t write the Odyssey, he didn’t write the Iliad. In fact, there was no person ever called “Homer”. This is not a conspiracy theory but the considered conclusion of Harvard’s Gregory Nagy after a lifetime of research. Professor Nagy is the most respected Homerist alive and his defining contribution is to uncover the 3000 year old mystery of who (or what) actually produced the epics. This interview will examine two of Professor Nagy’s radical claims: 1. The Homeric epics were not written, carefully edited, and memorized for performance. They were created on the fly while being sung! That is to say the Greeks somehow developed a method to create amazingly intricate, 12-15 thousand line poems in the middle of a performance. 2. The Homeric Epics were not composed by an individual but cumulatively by countless poets over a millenia. There was never a person called “Homer”.

@IanCarrollShow @JustJenRX @patriot_savvy You’re so dumb. Dogs are not machines. If the wind is blowing the wrong way and no scent makes it to them, they will not find shit. Dogs are nice when they work. Not full proof. Terrible argument

She said the dogs were brought in- looked for the rifle, didn’t find it. Court confirmed that to be true- which on its own is entirely damning for the fed narrative. The rifle was hidden less than 100yards from the jump down point- fresh gunpowder everywhere. And you’re telling me trained dogs couldn’t find it??? One of many.

The Supreme Court forced the Trump administration to refund $160 billion from the treasury for emergency tariffs it imposed to fight fentanyl trafficking. Trump will less authority to fight deadly drugs, and taxpayers will face a $160 billion higher federal deficit.

@PhilippusArabus @amconmag There’s a difference between currency inflation, asset inflation, and the consumer price index. It turns out when currency inflation drops; the CPI drops too, meaning prices come down.

@amconmag Unless inflation is negative, prices are not going down. The rate of increase has only been slowed if inflation is still positive.

@CBarrett47 @Aristotle7777 You mean the movie about a man who is a mentally ill alcoholic without a family, whose father drank himself to death, who is helped by a second mentally unstable man? Yeah, definitely nothing misandric about that one.
