@CBellJr @RyanGuillen @willmetcalfTX @Burrows4TX You are still a liar. The people asked you to vote for Cook with you agreeing to it all for you to change it last minute. Cook would've been the much better speaker. Other house members have made mistakes but have apologized and owned up to them. You have not, what a shame!

These past two days I’ve been poll greeting throughout Montgomery County with @CBellJr and @willmetcalfTX, where there has been strong support from voters. Both are strong conservative leaders who have consistently delivered results for their communities. Early voting closes at 7 PM today - make sure to get out and vote! #HD3 #HD16

@gshekdud @RyanGuillen @willmetcalfTX Poor Ol Shek Dud continues to vomit democrat benefiting lies, propaganda and misinformation. I’m proud to have carried some, and worked and voted for every Conservative Republican bill from 83rd - 89th. I also voted for the Conservative Republican candidate.. Speaker @Burrows4TX

@RyanGuillen @CBellJr @willmetcalfTX Cecil Bell lied about the speaker vote as did Kitzman and that is why they will not be in the house anymore thank God. We expect even more conservative results next session!

@Burrows4TX @charliegeren @electcharles Honored to coauthor and vote for HJR2 on Floor & again at home. HJRs require 100 votes to pass. Republican strength in 89th was 88. Thankful for Speaker Burrow’s strong leadership in House. Grateful voters acted to constitutionally enshrine rights of Texans against estate tax.

Texas has banned the possibility of this type of tax from ever being imposed again! Thank you to all the Texas Representatives and Senators who voted in favor of HJR2 by @charliegeren and @electcharles; and, the 72% of Texans who voted in favor of Prop 8 this last November! While New York seeks to punish success, Texas welcomes it!!
Bloomberg@business

Zohran Mamdani is proposing to raise NY's estate tax to 50% and have it kick in at $750,000 instead of more than $7 million bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

@VanceGinn @Bentley4Texas As a landowner/rancher I know compensation or not, surface rights subverted by subsurface rights allow surface & property owners to be unwillingly violated under Tx laws. Tx needs to be very careful going forward regarding how aquifers are treated under law.

I hear the frustration regarding water, but more government oversight is not the solution. Relying on political entities—like Groundwater Conservation Districts—to "protect" us often leads to political rent-seeking, where the well-connected gain favor while private property rights suffer. The perceived "theft" of water under the Rule of Capture is actually a signal of poorly defined property rights, not a market failure. The solution is to strengthen private property by clearly defining and enforcing rights, allowing water to become a tradeable asset. This empowers individual Texans to be stewards of their own land, rather than subjects of bureaucratic quotas.

Vance, I have a question for you... Kyle Bass wants to put high-capacity wells on his East Texas land, pull billions of gallons from the aquifer, and sell it. Do you believe he should be allowed to do that? Do you believe the people, through their government, should do nothing about it? #txlege
Vance Ginn@VanceGinn

Big-government folks wanting to put government mandates or bans on companies in Texas, without understanding the facts. More regulations isn’t how Texas nor America helps win the technology race with other states, China, and countries. More here: vanceginn.com/letpeopleprosp…

@VanceGinn @Bentley4Texas Private property rights include water under Tx land. Our laws do not prevent over pumping of water to point of lowering water level of neighboring landowners. Tx law needs changed to stop the taking (theft) of water from other landowners. Protect Texans private property rights!

There is no obvious reason for the government to step in when people may have better uses of that water. Ultimately, water isn’t free and should have a price on it, which will support better, more innovative ways of allocating scarce water while incentivizing abundant water supply. Monopoly utilities by government is the problem.

I am proud to be House coauthor & strong Yes vote to pass SJR 5. Thank you Sen @joanhuffman and Rep John Smithee for Prop 3 protecting citizens from activist judges releasing violent criminals back on the streets to continue preying on unsuspecting Texans. Public safety matters.
Joan Huffman@joanhuffman

As the author of SJR 5/Prop 3, I'm thankful it's working as intended: empowering judges to deny bail to dangerous offenders charged with serious violent crimes when proven a threat to public safety or flight risk. Public safety first! #bailreform #protectvictims

@jjnewboots @PatrickJCurry1 @bradj_TX @kristenptx Said the yellow dog dem barking “Republican“ who supported my opponent who sided with dems against Republicans and against public safety on Prop 3 which the Rep Lege & Gov Abbott supported & MoCo supported 70%. Ol Yellow is smart as a rock- when his mouth is open he’s lying.

@sherry_tavel I voted for Conservative Republican Speaker & against candidate who campaigned offering dems committee vice chairs & stipends in exchange for Floor votes. Ignoring facts, lying & supporting candidate who worked against Rep majority (70% MoCo) &public safety on Prop 3 defines you.

Congratulations to @kristenplaisance for winning a hard fought race against @CBellJr . I told him we would replace him when he voted for Dustin Burrows as Speaker. He under estimated MC grassroots. Now we have someone who will really listen to her constituents.

@CIt1836 @jjnewboots @lukemaciastx You owning the trial lawyers narrative does not make me wrong. Your comments implying tort reform for trucking industry is not necessary to address out of control judgements ignores reality. Vaya con Dios.

@lukemaciastx @CIt1836 @jjnewboots Hum… you are the same guy that backed the woman who fought with dems against Prop 3, against Republicans and against public safety in Nov 2025. One of us definitely has a clouded perspective…

@CIt1836 @jjnewboots @lukemaciastx Yes I support tort reform. It’s insane that a car can cross the center media on a highway, hit a truck and trailer and the trucking company can be sued by the car’s occupants solely because the truck is on the road. We have to fix that.

And there you go. The real @CBellJr who has zero respect for his constituents just entered the chat:). You were always a condescending ******* who treated his electorate like 💩. You ran a dirty campaign because you knew you were in trouble from your backstabbing RINO vote. And as far as being a “mindless minion” I actually watched you play your reindeer games on the house video feed. You represented one of the reddest counties in Texas but instead of standing with the most conservative mebers of the house you worked with your rino buddies to water down the conservative bills. I am so happy you are gone! “Mindless minion” out✌️

@lukemaciastx being called a moderate by a guy who financed/supported campaign of woman who in Nov2025 fought with dems against Prop 3, and against Republicans & public safety is like Texas Monthly Mag writing a mean article because I carried Defense of Marriage and State Sovereignty bill.

Two very moderate Texas House Republicans lost last night. Both Chairmen. @StanKitzmanTX & Cecil Bell. Both spent well over $1m (Stan closer to $2m) on their re-election efforts. Both had Trump’s endorsement. What a massive win for grassroots conservatives.

@lukemaciastx @jjnewboots Its a math question. In 14 year, since 83rd how many bills have I voted yes on that dems also voted yes on where majority of Republicans did not also vote yes? The answer is 0. Did my RPT Plank Tx Sovereignty Act pass Tx House in 89th? Answer is yes. No conjecture needed. Facts.

I answered your question about simply one aspect of your more moderate record. I think you've also done conservative things as well. I think you're less conservative than when you first got elected as reflected by how often you voted with Democrats compared to a majority of your colleagues.

@CBellJr @lukemaciastx You went against your Republican Caucus to vote for your RINO buddy dade phelan despite what your constituents wanted. DP gave chair assignments and more power to the democrats which killed conservative priorities. MoCo just got a huge upgrade. One less good ol’ boy. Cya:)

@lukemaciastx @jjnewboots 2 questions. Since 83rd how many bills have I voted for where dems also voted yes but most Republicans voted no on bill? Answer=0. How many democrat priority bills passed 89th session? Answer=0. You support controllable minions even if they fight for dems against Republicans.
